Dr. Tammy White is the founder of Educator by Design™, an ecosystem dedicated to restoring the heart and rebuilding the structure of educational environments.

With nearly three decades in early childhood education, Dr. white has always worked at the root-shaping the foundational years where rhythm, safety, and belonging are formed. Her doctoral research on children's social and emotional development during the pandemic deepened what her classroom had already revealed: when the nervous system of the leader steadies, the environment follows.

Raised in a lineage of educators and storytellers, she blends structure and heart-discipline and melody-to design experiences that are inviting, calming, and inspiring.
