Dr. Tammy White is the founder of Educator by Design™, a reflective ecosystem where research meets revelation. With nearly three decades of experience in early childhood education, she blends scholarly inquiry with lived wisdom to help children, families, and educators thrive with clarity, connection, and purpose.
Her work is deeply shaped by family and legacy. Raised in a lineage of educators, dreamers, and storytellers, Dr. White honors both the academic and the spiritual foundations that formed her. As a mother, she draws inspiration from her two children—Mya and Jayden—whose unique strengths in emotional intelligence, creativity, and leadership continue to sharpen her understanding of how children grow, learn, and flourish.
Dr. White’s doctoral research explored children’s social and emotional development during the pandemic, revealing how identity, belonging, and emotional safety shape the heart of learning. These insights, paired with decades of classroom experience, led to the creation of Educator by Design™—a space where learning becomes legacy, and where families and educators are invited to pause, reflect, and reset.
Through books, journals, coaching, and curriculum development, Dr. White creates offerings for those ready to design their teaching, parenting, and personal journey with intention and imagination.
